Besides engine and trans mounts, what has been the hardest issue to solve? Seems like you took the entire body harness over, did you bring every single module too? That seems to be the only way to have a functional n54 swap, unless you go for one of the very expensive standalone options.
Honestly, none of it has been difficult. Just takes a lot of forethought, and patience not to cut stuff. The most difficult is tightening the crank bolt while itís outside the chassis, it doesnít want to twist lol. I guess itíll get more difficult/tedious when it comes to finishing the wire tucking and coding

Tried the BBS CHs out on the 360ti, didnt care too much for them and the extra weight of the 19" alloys and tire. I decided to sell the bbs and pick up a set of lighter staggered rims and tires.

Had some adapters made to install the new setup.

I have those Magnesium wheels on my C5 Corvette, they're a stylish and very lightweight piece. More commonly known as "the N73 option" in case anyone is curious. Can't wait to see them on your car.

Compared to a lot of bmw rims, theyre very light. I weighed my style 264 18x7.5/8.5, theyre both 26.5lbs each. my BBS Ch were no better, plus a heavier tire. I just need to strip the red stripe someone painted on the rims off, i dont like it.

Making awesome progress! These N54/55 swaps are taking over. Great bang for the buck.

Thanks for dropping a line and viewing my build

Fitted the cold air intake better.

Also test fitted the split second sequential system and port injection system. It will be a tight fit, but full e85 is in the future.

After installing the port injection, the intercooler now interfered with the hood. Pulled out a spare hood and tried some cutting. Got it to fit but im not overly joyed about cutting the hood and how it actually looks.

How come I was concerned if a 255 would fit?!!! :-)

Really nice work on the exhaust...that is a lot of effort!

Thanks, it was definitely a lot of effort to be done on the floor. lol.

I dont know about the other e36 fitments, but the ti can handle a LOT of tire.
