So at this point in time i've come to the conclusion that in order to meet my power goals i'm going to need to run methanol in combination with 91 octane.
I've narrowed down my options to either a Aquamist or Snow performance kit (would like to go off of IDC) and will most likely use 2 nozzles pre throttle body.
Where is everyone mounting their meth tanks? This is a big one for me because I would like to keep everything looking as OEM as possible. Well, let me put it this way, if it's in plain sight in the engine bay or trunk i'd like for it to look somewhat factory. If it's concealed by carpeting or something i'm not as picky.
Look forward to seeing/hearing what you guys have done with your setups. I need to get my creative juices flowing.
I don’t want to know how much that tank cost but it looks awsome

Cheap source for tanks. Everyone selling meth kits use these same tanks but put their sticker on them and mark it up 3 times.

Great, thanks for the link. Much better than paying $70 plus for a generic plastic tank...
Your setup is exactly what I was looking for. Very simple and clean. Also, whats the deal with Howerton Engineering? Did they go out of business or something? Was really looking forward to ordering from them as they're relatively close to me.
I'll send you a PM regarding the HFS3.
I'm using AA's water/alcohol tank, but its mounted like above, right on the tray over the battery

Tall thin tank is better for sloshing but it’s unlikely you will be flowing so much you will run out when the level is low in a low wide tank like AA. The AA tank design, which is not proprietary and available online with searching is convenient for mounting the pump. I use the generic tall thin ones in both my 08M3 and 99M3 but without fancy mounting. Might be the 4L versions I use — cannot remember. 5L is pretty tall. I use a long neck funnnel to fill.
