Looking for throw away tire 245/35/18

Looking for used tire 245 or 235 /35/18 somewhere in NYC burbs area. Already stopped by few fix a flat and junk yards and can’t find it. I just need it for measurements and fitement into wheel well. I was a bit ambitious with my front rim size (18x9). Not sure if it will clear with stock suspension.

245/35-18 will barely clear stock suspension on an 18x8.5 ET43 wheel. The fender clearance is fine with those numbers. I use a 12mm spacer with that configuration and still have acceptable fender clearance. 12mm is just under 1/2", so you just need to worry about your offset.

Do your own math to be sure, but if your offset is around 31mm, you are good. Less offset and your fender becomes a worry. More offset and you could get into your suspension. Also keep in mind that different brands/models of tires vary even with the same size numbers.

    He lives!

If you get bored some time, you can still find me doing the same thing in the same place; just a little bit slower than I used to do...

Sorry for delayed response. Been buried with work. Thanks for the tip. I did get another rim set for the front. The two are. 18x9ET35 and 18x8.5ET31. I was just trying to figure out if I should get 235 or 245. But I hear you about the difference between the brands.
