2009 535i Another audio problem

Hi!
I looked through the forums, and googled a lot about my problem before posting, but I didn't see anything.
So when I open the audio player is saying " loading data from the Audio device" , it doesn't go any further than that, every other options like nav, climate etc works just fine.
What I tried is disconnecting the battery to reset it, no good, and then I did a force reset with eject and volume knob button, it reset but still the same..
Nothing is connected to the car..
Any ideas?

Look up some indys that can do it, and get a quote from the dealer. You dont want to do it yourself in this case
