LCM 6915919 wiring schematics and what transistors to replace?

MY e39 530d 2003 universal started to high beam no matter what, and inverted action to lever push pull

    which transistors to replace?

This one is only for right headlight?
Which transistor is responsible for both high beam lights?

Where to find analogs, they are obsolete now?

LCM 6915919 wiring schematics and what transistors to replace?

The VN750E is NOT found on the LCM III. How do I know? I repair them (LMC II). Your best bet is to find another LCM III and code it with PASoft software.

    PM me for more details.

The LCM III uses VN450 integrated circuits.

That chip is possibly used on headlights because it is designed for high voltage and high amp load. As cheap as it is, replace them all.

Here is the data sheet for it.

VN450 chips need to be replaced?
What are these small two chips do?
    What is their code?

And what are those much bigger chips do and their code?

I do not think anyone has schematics on the LCM III.

I am basing the fact that these are high amp draw chips. Therefore, these possibly control the high/low beams.

They are replaceable if you know how to solder properly with the right tools.

Brother, nobody is going to have all these answers for you except perhaps a few module-rebuilder-specialist companies that will not be exactly freely sharing this info.

However, if you do some diligence with a multimeter and a car wiring diagram you may indeed be able to trace back what pins on the output go to the lights of concern, and trace those back to the semis that control the output. That can be difficult if there are intervening electronics of course, (aka like a logic-switching-semi and then a power-handling-MOSFET-semi) but what you've been given already is a best-guess for your 'if you are lucky this will work'.

Honestly grabbing a cheap used LCMIII would be what I would do 100 times out of 10.

The smaller chips in my pic above are VN460.
The black connector, X38 and white connector X12 is where the headlights (and other external lights) connect to.
The left hi beam should be a White/Green wire that is on (white connector?) X38, pin 6.
The right hi beam should be a White/Blue wire on (black connector?) X12, pin 13.
Both wires are 1.5mm so trace them to make sure I'm giving you the correct info.
The PIN numbers are on the inside of the connectors and on the back of the PC board.
The right hi beam should be the VN460 in the top left corner in the pic above.
Left hi beam should be second VN460 chip from the bottom of the board, pen pointing to it.
Just trace the wire colors to the connector pins and then the pins to the chip to verify.
