Fault code 2a90 exhaust camshaft, tooth offset to crank shaft

Hello guy i have this problem in my e60 540i 2007

I changed the vanos sensor
I checked the timing and it ok
I changed the adjustment unit for exhaust both side
I change four camshaft sensors and crank sensor

And still same fault

Dose anyone know what the problem? Or he had it before?

I'm assuming it means exhaust camshaft vs tooth offset to crankshaft, like it thinks the crank sensor vs exhaust cam sensor are not in sync? That is a new one I have not seen.
