Question Hey guys i'm new here and i got a few problems.

    I got a bmw e46 2002 facelift 150hp.
Well i got a big problem. Everytime i hit some holes in the road my DDE activate and turns off after a few secs and keep turns on and after a while it turns off untill the next hole. I changed the diesel pump under the car. Changed all the cylinders ( injectors ) all 4. All works fine checked with inpa. I got a few errors in inpa.

4120 DDE Main Relay is Switching too Late or too Early
    3F10 Pedal Position Sensor 1

any ideea about what can i do ? Can`t take this anymore... really thanks for any advice!

Sorry for my english, not my main language!

Sure sounds like an electrical issue. Check the engine ground strap to make sure the connections (chassis and engibe) are tight. It’s located under the car,at the front of the engine on the exhaust side of the engine.

Get the grounds clean. Also with the 320d, I would have also replaced the fuel filter when you did the pump.

Next up will be to take it for a drive and watch the livedata to be found in the Analog 1/2 section of the DDE on INPA. Then steer for a pothole, which are very easy to find in Romania, and see what happens. That too can point to a faulty system that works fine on a normal road driving, but interrrups when you hit a pothole.

No worries, the next thing I would look at is the DDE connections. You can find the DDE under the black cover next to your brake reservoir on the drivers side. It should have about 4-5 torx screws holding the cover in place. Once you get that off it will typically have 3 cable connections, make sure that they are properly fitted. Also it wouldn't be a bad idea to inspect each one, for I have seen oil make it's way thru the harness, so cleaning both ends wouldn't hurt either.
