    Rear brake pressure question

My 06 X5 4.4i developed a leaky rear passenger line. All fluid came out of reservoir. Top it up and moved vehicle a short distance. Replaced the rear line and bleeded system. Activated ABS pump several times till I had a solid stream.
Problem is I can't get a solid pedal or rear brakes to work. Front brakes work fine but low pedal. Drove vehicle around a little and bleed again two more times with same result.
    Thanks Jay

You're going to have to take the car to a BMW specialist shop that has ISTA, or Autologic, or another BMW specific computer, to bleed the ABS. Just activating the pump does not bleed the ABS system; once there is air in it, the valves must be opened and closed by the computer.
