definitive answer as to whether I have a Carver system or not.

So I recently picked up a 2005 2.5I z4. I am wanting to replace the headunit to bring the functions up to 2018, and correct a fault of intermittent radio on but no sound. I have ten speakers, the volume goes up and down with speed which one source said was an indicator of DSP, but, I have no DSP control via the business CD headunit. Some sources say this indicates no DSP while others such as pelican parts say there is no DSP control from the head unit. With so many conflicting stories how does one definitively determine whether they have the HiFi system as opposed to the premium HiFi system? Do I have to remove my subwoofer to see if it says 10 ohm on it or is there an easier way?

Thanks the link worked today. I have the HiFi speaker system. This makes going aftermarket much easier.
