Grinding noise from front suspension 2000 323i

think I've narrowed it down to the front right susspension. Rpm doesn't affect it and it only happens when the front suspension is loaded, ie braking or whoops and bumps. It sounds like metal grinding almost. It's a 2000 323i

Get her up on a lift and inspected,
or DIY and get down on the ground with a floor jack & jack stands.
We don't have much to go on, let us know what you find.

Don't forget to look for evidence of the tire hitting the strut or the inner fender. When you suddenly brake hard at a low speed (~5 mph), do you hear a "thump" ?
