Dinan TCM chip for 750il question

I am selling the 750il and I thought I would take out the dinan ecm and tcm chips to sell seperate. It is easy to compare the ecm chips on ebay to find a price, but the TCM chip, not so much. Anyone have any idea what the tcm chip is worth? D902-0070 is the number on it. Is it worth splitting it up from the ecm chips D900-5031?

Any thoughts would be helpful. Dunno if it is rare or just not worth selling.

Well I see other dinan tcm chips for 65-80$ for m30 or m50 so I guess ebay is getting it listed for 70 obo. Who knows.
