So it's been a hot summer. That means A/C is always on. So hot my A/C cycles, I think due to the "I'm too hot so I'm going to shut down your A/C for a minute in this insane 107 degree heat" switch. On a side note, can that be programmed out?? Or raised??
Anyway, my aux fan is loud.... Like LOUD loud. As in, I could hear it inside a gas station at the register when the stores doors were closed. So loud people seem to get nervous walking past it. So loud my kids cover their ears when it's on.
And it's air noise, not motor or anything. Are these things just insane high RPM electric motors??
If this is not normal, should I look for blockages?? Is some regular shot?? What say the great and powerful Wizards of E38?

Normal. Mine sounds like a small plane taking off. It should slow down when car is off.
Check the condition of the fan clutch, when they are worn out the electric fan has to work harder
Also look at the fan blades for damage. If it is unbalanced, it could get very noisy.
