Ac/heater fan sometimes works, sometimes doesn't

My AC/Heater fan sometimes blows air sometimes doesn't. What could be the issue? Could it be caused by a lose connection/wire?

Your answer might be somewhere in what I solved in January (earlier I installed a working salvage yard blower fan and new resistor pack)

Had no gauges except speedometer, no blower, no reverse lights, blown fuse 10. On another BMW forum, someone mentioned pulling the K5/K7 unloader relays, and a new fuse 10 held. Subbed in some salvage yard relays with good results, and the blower motor works again as well.
