Thought I'd upgrade my better half's daily from a 95 318i to a 02 330xi. Hoping this turns out to be a decent purchase. The car was a one owner with loads of records and low miles(60k). Thankfully, the previous owner went through the cooling system and front end(ft axles, lower control arms, etc...). Already ordered full tune up parts(all filters, fuel/reg, plugs, etc..), engine mounts, rear brakes, oil level sensor to base line this car. It needs tires, so a search for reasonable all-seasons will start in a couple months.

If your wife will be dealing with snow and ice get a good set of snow tires. I've got Generals on mine and the car is nearly unstoppable. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...=WinterSection my summers are 17" BF Goodrich https://www.discounttiredirect.com/b...-2-a-s/p/29891

Welcome.
Be sure to check the rear springs: notoriously weak and break all the time. If you're in cold weather, ensure you have the upgraded CVV stuff.
