Outside mirror slow movement

Both left and right outside mirrors move slowly and jerk when I change their position with the switch button on the panel.

If I use the memory function, they move quickly without jerking.
Could be a problem of mirror switch? could be the inner circuit oxidized or dirty?

Since the same 'joystick' controls both mirrors, it's likely its contacts are dirty or worn... Time for a new switch!
