If you want us to look up parts for you...the last 7 digits of your VIN would have REALLY been helpful just in case there may be some slightl differences due to model differtiations. But door panels are usually much the same. I'm going to also assume that you are RHD and this is the front passenger door panel? I generically selected a 2015 f16 X6 35i.
If you're not familiar with the multiple online part databases...copy and save the links below...they are invaluable when needing to know info as you've inquired about...especially when ordering parts. Once you have the 11 digit BMW part number...then shop using that number. For example, you can usually type "BMW xx xx x xxx xxx" (where x=BMW part number) into a google search box...and you will usually find vendors selling that part if it's available. If not, you may need to inquire at a BMW dealership's parts department if the part is obscure:

Click the link above the diagram below and scroll down the part number index (for #1) until you see the type of finish you have in the supplemental column (one of the types of aluminum trim). Then use the 11 digit BMW part number for whichever one you need (left/right?). BTW, left/right is determined by the position of the driver behind the steering wheel. It also appears that there are listings based on the audio system you have (Harmon Kardon or B&O)...which isn't visible in the pic you posted...so keep scrolling down to the correct part number based on the info in the supplemental column:
