This is what you would expect for a car that hasn't moved in 10 years - I'm surprised you don't have other problems!
Right, to summarise:
You've swapped out ALL the fuses with after-market ones - have you swapped them back?
You've swapped ALL the relays in the trunk for different-coloured ones from BMW - is that right?
You have flickering on the MID - is that still there?
Electrolytic capacitors all replaced in the GM
Your Odometer and you gauges don't work when the engine is running - is this correct?

All fuses back to orginal ones.
The relays are new from bmw yes.
The flickering is not there always.
Caps replaced.
The odometer and the gauges works when the car is running but not always. If the gauges dont work the odo meter dont work and the other way around.
It seems like when i have the ctek hooked up to the car the cluster works fine. Like it gets enough power for the cluster. Can there be a component in the car that drains power so the instrumentcluster dont get enough power?
Where are you connecting the CTek? Engine bay or at the battery ?
Ok well then you may have an issue with the power cables coming from the trunk. Have you checked the inline fuses hidden in there? If the Ctek was connect at the engine bay that would bypass any issue with the inline fuses and give stable power to the dash components.
The big fuse is good, or atleast it dosent look broken. And the " glasfiber 50 amp " ive swapped to another one.
By the way, a question about the climate control panel. When i turn up the fan speed on the wheel i need to turn it down to 0 or the fan will stay on even if i pull out the key and close the door. Should it be like that or should the fan stop blowing as soon as i turn of the key?
The fan should stop when you turn off the ignition.
....and that means the IHKA controller is not sleeping - try disconnecting that and measure the current drain....

Unfortunately that is quite normal - those resistors do get hot and go brown as does the back of the PCB. Has the current drain gone?

The fan should not be able to run unless the ignition key is in RUN or START - so could it be the ignition switch that is the problem? Disconnecting the RED multi-way connector at the ignition switch would prove that one way or the other - switch can be reached as per here:
https://www.meeknet.co.uk/e31/wheel/...Wheel_Swap.htm
The fact that your fan can run with the ignition OFF really helps track down this current drain - it is a simple observation that points us in the right direction!

No, I mean the red multi-way connector that connects to the back of the ignition switch. You have parts of the car live when the ignition is off - pulling the connector off will determine if the ignition switch is at fault.

With that disconnected does your fan still run?

It's not a sleep problem - the Sword should not have power when the ignition is switched off.
Your problem is that circuits that are normally disconnected by the ignition switch are still live. This is why I asked you to disconnect the multi-way connector at the back of the ignition switch - if the current went down then we could definitely say the ignition switch is the problem.
But, my thoughts now are that something has been added to your car that is causing the problem - an alarm, aftermarket HiFi, something like that. My interest was peeked by the mess around the multi-way connector - it is that sort of fiddling that could cause your problem. So, to reiterate:
Your problem is not a sleep problem
Your problem is that parts of the electrical system that is normally disconnected by the ignition switch are still live

Ive removed the alarm and connected all cables back that were cut for the alarm. I cant see anything else that are added to the car. The car still drain battery even if i disconnect the multi way connector. From what i read if the sword got a bad component the fan will still run even if u pull out the key.
No, as I explained earlier, the fan only should get power in RUN or START - here's the corresponding page of the circuit diagram:
https://www.meeknet.co.uk/e31/e31_95.pdf#page=519
What you will probably find is that the blower relay is energised, and F19 is live with the key out of the ignition. That is not normal!

The fan stops blowing when i disconnect the contact
If your fan stops when you disconnect the multi-way connector for the ignition switch AND the ignition is switched OFF - then your ignition switch has failed.
