Selling our nice condition S54 (E46 M3 motor 315 hp) roadster with 114,8xx miles, have to make room. Steel gray exterior with two-tone black/gray interior, I believe less than 100 in the US. All mechanicals are factory stock, no engine or exhaust mods. The only upgrades were H&R Sport red springs installed last year, slight lowering but really helps cornering and not too firm (first pic is before the lowering), plus an ergonomically wrapped factory steering wheel ($400 reputable vendor from Germany). Factory wheel is just too thin! The original wheel will be included with sale.
The rear subframe was fixed by the previous owner at a BMW Service shop, all the welding was inspected by our mechanic when purchased last year. The fix is not the Randy Forbes kit, but looks very sound.
Mechanically it was serviced last week - new bank-2 oxy sensor and oil pressure relieve valve - no other fault codes. Clutch is fine. Electronically, all are functioning except what is mentioned below. Power convertible roof, power windows, heated seats, are all working fine.

Needs attention:
- front lower bumper splitters have some curb damage
- passenger door has visible scratches, other minor scratches due to mileage.
(Note: I'd rather keep the paint blemishes as-is, keeping the original paint intact. Up to the new owner to refinish if desired)
- driver side seat bolster leather is worn but not ripped through
- the outside temp gauge (center gauge in center console set) does not work.
Carfax available, clean title, and pink slip in hand. PPI is welcome of course, this car is basically stock and in nice condition overall, nothing to hide. Again, more details and pics are available to interested buyers only.
Price is $15000 or Reasonable Offers only, otherwise will be ignored.
Note: Local pick up only in Southern California, NO SHIPPING, NO electronic payments. Cash or Cashier's Check only.
Thanks for looking, hoping this goes to an enthusiast's home.

Do you still have info on the German vendor that did the steering wheel? Looks fantastic!
The wheel was superbly done, leather and feel overall xlnt. I bought the thicker ergonomic version, $400-500 depending on your need. It's from a reputable vendor (after looking at reviews and feedbacks) by the name of tainik on eBay. Look him up, great communication, wheel comes in 3-4 weeks, made to order.
Thanks for the info!
Added reasonable price to listing.....also listed at mroadsterbuyersguide, thanks to Jon! I have a track project in the works, this sweet S54 stocker needs to be sold.
