Which handbrake system should I use for E30 with Z3 hubs?

I have an 86 BMW E30 with the 5 lug conversion. Previous owner tells me that the hubs and brakes are from a Z3. The problem is that taking off the rear brakes revealed that the entire handbrake mechanism (braking shoes, springs, etc) is missing. I'm just not sure which handbrake parts I should order. Should I order the handbrake mechanism from a Z3 or from an e30? or are both of them similar enough to where they would both work. I've included photos if it helps.
