Hey guys, so i have taken out the OEM radio, OEM amp, and spliced in an aftermarket AMP and Headunit using the original wiring. Added new components & tweeters in the front, and done away with the rears and added one main box for rear fil mounted in the trunk. Turned it on yesterday and i get sound but i notice that my front kickpanels (L/R) are not getting any signal, i get sound from front tweeters, and rear fill. I have tested continuity from the right front kickpanel wires (blue/red, blue/brwn) to the same wires from the amp output connectors and i have no continuity. Is there something i am missing? Looking at the below pictorial it all looks correct.

I would testfit the old radio and see if it drives the new setup, just to rule out the new radio.

Already have. faded, and balanced, and disconnected the rear fill and door tweeters to realize both kickpanel speakers are not getting signal. i have also connected the 5.25 speakers from the amp output directly and they work. Either i always had break in the mids wiring or.....
Double check the wiring. I know when I redid my kick panel 5.25 speakers, there were one or two wire bundles on the amp side that looked the same. If you have to trace the wires, youll need to pull out the front and rear seats and lift the carpet up on the drivers side.

Assuming you have external crossovers for the front?

yes on external crossovers for the front. Although i have taken out the OEM amp, i have not cut any of the amp connector plugs. When i tested continuity, i used a pin to insert into #8,#9,#10 which are the front right mids, and used alligator clips to clip directly to the blue/red as well as blue/brown wires. none show continuity. Im thinking im just going to run 14 GA speaker wires from the trunk to the front under the driver side carpet.
Post a pic of your wiring setup for the amp and crossovers.
If there is no continuity though you might be right about a break in the wire.

You are a lot better off running new wiring. Mine had two circuits to the rear speakers that were running separate high and low signals (That didn't work for aftermarket speakers). So I just ran all new wiring for the speakers and a powered amp. All I have left to do is stop procrastinating and run the wires for the backup camera I mounted.
The way the stock wiring was for the back speakers, it would have blown the tweeters in the new speakers by feeding mids and lows into them, or alternatively only running highs which would have sounded like garbage and defeated the purpose of running 6x9's.
