1997 BMW E36 M3 coupe. Purchased at 191,000 miles as a California street car with 500 miles on a new top end. Had S50 intake manifold swap and ASC delete, TC Kline single adjustable coil over kit and Rogue bushings. Turned into a track day car with the work below. Currently has 197K.
This car has been incredibly reliable, being used by me and my father at most events without any problems about 6-8 track days a year. Best time at Laguna Seca a 1:46.1 and best time at Sonoma 1:56.9. The car has a very neutral setup and is easy to drive. The engine is all stock inside with no chip (stock redline and rev limiter) for reliability and affordability. The stock exhaust system is in place to ensure no sound issues running at Laguna on 90db days. This car is easy on brakes (pads about every 15 events and rotors every 30), easy on tires (I run takeoff BF Goodrich from MX-5 Cup series, 215/610R17. Skinny but affordable).
This has been a fun, reliable car for me for the past 6 years. For the first two years I drove it to the track. It has a California title but is registered non-op since I trailer it. I am only selling it because I picked up another E36 M3 which was a step up from this setup.

Pulling the car off the market. I decided to keep it for friends and family to use while I run my new M3.
