I changed my timing belt and afterwards, I put everything back together but the car refuses to start. So I took everything apart again and looked at the timing belt to make sure it was aligned properly, which it was, and reassembled it again. It still doesn't start. I have sparks and I have gas in the car. When I removed the gas line, the car still pumps gas. I’ve never checked injectors before. Any tips? Also I thought that perhaps the crankshaft sensor doesn’t have enough power to start the car. This is the results of the compression test and the engine is still not firing.

Also, I just discovered that when I turn the key on position, there is a loud sputter sound. When I got the car, after a full inspection, I realized that the previous owner installed a new gas filter, but it was installed backwards. I don't know if this contributes to the starting issues.
It can.. I believe the fuel pressure would be affected (it would be lower). If it is the CPS - then you would have a no start - it will not fire.
The compression numbers would not impact starting or running. I would re-look (re-measure) cylinder #3 after figuring out the no start issue and after running and driving it for a bit.
Okay, thank you for everyone's help I found the culprit. It was the crankshaft screw. When I changed the seals I moved it in the wrong direction thus causing the car not to start. Everything is working well as of right now and the car is running. Note to anyone else doing this job: make sure to put everything back together as it was before!
