    E34 Washer Fluid Reservoir Relocation

    Hi all,

Feel free to let me know if this should be in the E34 specific section, but I figured the only guys moving their reservoirs were those going FI.

The reservoir in this car is in the way of any charge piping that would go to a front mount intercooler, which I have ready to mount up.

Does anyone have experience getting a different one to fit elsewhere?

I just ditched all together. Haha. You can use a smaller fluid tank and mount by the brake booster thought. Or truck mount and run longer lines if you really want

Yeah I thought about ditching it too. I mean realistically it's not used a whole lot, but is nice to have. Do you know if a different tank needs to be BMW-specific?

Ya i haven’t used mine in 2 years. Haha. As long as you can mount the pump to it, anything that holds liquid should do the trick
