Engine malfunction after Coolant transfer pipe job

    Hi all,

I just completed the coolant transfer pipe job with the uro pipe and am now getting the following codes.

    P0301
    P0300
    P0308
    P0302
    P0303
    P0304

Upon starting it idrive displays “engine malfunction reduced power” message and the car idles very rough. Rpms jump between 200 - 1300 and eventually the car dies. I thoroughly cleaned all the injectors, replaced injector o-rings, cleaned the throttle body, replaced intake manifold gaskets, cleaned the mating surface and intake runners. At this point I’m at a loss and could really use any help/suggestions on what it could be. I know all of the above codes indicate a misfire at cylinders 1,2,3,4, and 8 as well as p0300 indicating multiple misfires, i just can’t seem to narrow down the cause.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Since symptoms affect both banks,
check for intake leaks, fuel pressure.

I’m pretty sure i put the intake back on properly, but will definitely triple check it. How would i go about checking fuel pressure?

Could it be coil packs? Not that i messed with them during the repair but maybe it’s just a coincidence.

Only the p0301 code is showing as level 2 severe out of 3.
All of the other codes are active but with no severity attached to them.
using an INNOVA 3020d code reader.

If the car was fine before the work, then go back check your work

You probably disturbed an old and brittle intake vacuum hose, rubber boot or plastic fitting,
causing a crack and therefore some type of leak.
