There's a rebuild kit available for the ZF pumps, I just rebuilt mine. Assuming your current one isn't too far gone, you could try that ~$40 kit first.

    +1 ^
Replace reservoir (contains a non-serviceable filter) also.

Its not leaking oil (Rebuild kit at $40).
It's failing. It stops assisting the steering. Usually starts with a vibration that gets worst. The inner cam surface goes bad and the vanes chew it up. Especially at high RPMs seen on the track.
    Re-manufactured pumps are NLA everywhere.

I suppose someone will eventually fill this hole in the market.
    The question is :
    Has someone emerged yet ?

    Thanks.

Thanks for the link but they are all NLA like PartsGeek.
I was hoping to find one in North America...
Most places that advertise the pump (new or re-manufactured) let you order and send you an email the next day that it is NLA.

Looks like our option is to buy used from www.car-parts.com and rebuild.

I have had good luck with this one from eBay.

I have run it on my racecar all season and it has been fine. My old one was leaking. I looked at a rebuild kit, but for 100 bucks, it seemed my time was better spent elsewhere and took a chance on this one.

This looks like a good choice, now also NLA, though the rebuild kit p/n 32411135880, is only ~$40, plus a couple hours to rebuild it.

I did see the Cardone on a couple of sites.
It's great news that they can rebuild them so they can sustain the high RPM.
I just bought another used pump from Ebay and will send it to them for re-polishing the inner cam surface. In the mean time I bought new from Europe (Shaftec). I will update once I try it out. I'm hoping this thread becomes the reference for procuring this part as the situation evolves and members are successful with vendors / manufacturer.

The cost to ship from England to Canada with custom fees is $60 which is much less than anticipated. I will let the forum know the in's and out once I get the new pump.
