The hose that connects to the lower part of the expansion tank to the water pump was cut into by the belt. There is a small clamp that is around the hose that attaches to the engine (assuming to keep it away from the belt). Were is this loop supposed to be connected to and in what orientation bolt to the bottom or to the top.

The coolant hose clamp/holder is attached as shown in pic #1. Pic #2 shows the 2 bolt threaded holes right above the ac pulley. The holder should be mounted to the upper bolt hole, the lower hole is for the belt tensioner mounting bracket. Hope this helps.

Thank you, good to know i installed it correctly, I believe the new engine mounts some how changed the orientation of the hose which caused the belt to rub through it. Had to bend the bracket so the new one wouldn't rub as well. it was quite a messy clean up.
