540i Missfire cylinder 1 and 6 only

Hi, I have problem with my 540i E39 1997. Cylinder 1 and 6 is missfiring (no engine light)... I tried almost everything - check all hoses (no leak), intake check, suction, ICV, CCV, injectors, spark plugs replacement with valve cover gasket, all coils are ok, compressions are OK, O2 sensors and cats OK and still missfiring but only cylinder 1 and 6 (it goes to limit). I will also try to reload software and maybe camshaft or crankshaft sensor - thats the only thing I havent try yet and also my last idea. Plese let me know if you have any other notion. thanks :-)

This is not a sensor issue.

Swap the coils of 1 and 6 with others to see if the misfire follows the coil.

Then do the same with 1 and 6 spark plugs.

This was the first thing I tried ;-) all the coils are ok and spark plugs all new...
