    Hardtop liner getting loose

Anyone here ever repaired sagging hardtop cloth liner? Mine starting to get loose above both windows, around roofline bands. It’s not flopping, but feels like a bubble. Anyway to get in there to spray some adhesive without taking it apart?

I actually thought about doing that. Some bubbles are 6 inches in diameter. It would be tough to spray adhesive evenly unless I make multiple holes. Then if there is too much glue, it might go through the liner and look like crap.

If you want it done right, take it to a pro upholstery shop. You'd be able to leave the top, and they can flip it over and do it on their__padded/protective__work table. It'll be a dream come true for the guy that usually does the headliners!

I'd consider having it redone in Alcantara though...

Randy, does that come in Jaguar spots or Zebra lines? LOL. I looked up Alcantara and it actually looks really nice. Honestly, I will have to agree with you about this one. I got plenty of other repairs I can diy on this car then futs around with repairing the liner. It’s not that bad yet. But if it gets worse I guess I could just replace the whole thing with Alcantara or Alpaca
