Hello,
These wires are in a stock connector I assume, but left from my hand, there are a few thick wires (in the round circle). These are positive (red) and ground (brown). What do they do?
In my hand I have got the speakers and power sockets / wires.
I'm confused what these wires should do!?
Thanks for your help, greeting from Amsterdam, Holland!

That doesn't look like stock wiring . The Browns may be the speaker grounds running to the amplifier, but no clue on the red wires.
I'd Google the e36 radio connector pinout and see where they connect.
Hope this helps!

Thats definitely an aftermarket harness. My best guess would be the reds are your RR, RF, LR & LF positives and the greys your negatives, remote, power, ground, etc?

You can clearly see the factory plug, with a BMW-to-DIN adapter cable on it.
Unplug the adapter harness and there you go, factory connector. Plug in an OEM radio and be done with.
Or get a new adapter cable if you insist on running a modern headunit that uses these standard DIN connectors.

The factory wires looked cut and a new connector installed
You can trace the original use and connect a new radio and connector or ask the previous owner what radio was removed
