Break line gone

So while working under my car I noticed my break line disintegrated however my breaks worked fine. Also I noticed this random hose on the rear right side was disconnected what is it?

Looks like someone replaced the hard line(s) and left the old disconnected pieces (the rusted out hard line and the old soft line) in place. Given the condition of the RTABs my guess would be they did this without having to drop the subframe. If your brakes are fine all good. Depending on how much work you want to do on the car you can clean out the old bits when you remove the subframe.
