My other question is, should i have the aux fan harness plugged in while testing this? it will blow fuse 7 if it is plugged in

Ok tested again , key off black
And red wire (85) to ground I was getting a 0.9 and then it would drop to 0.5 then go up to 22.5 then down and up etc. the black /Brown wire gave back no reading . I did install new resistors before testing too.
Good news is fuse 7 no longer blows. So after this I jumped the relay pins 87 and 30 and the aux fan came on one time , then wouldn't come on again , I suspect I blew the low speed resistor lol. So something is still amiss here
