Hi all!
I've a question. First of all, I've an EUR model, my cluster is a... bullshit. So when I left my headlights on, and ignition off, it's sound like this: BLEEEE BLEEEE BLEEER...
I saw on the net tons of the e36 with nice, simple sounds when they left on their headlights something like this: dinning dinnnnng dinnnnng.
I updated my stock analog clock to 18 buttons BC with gong, I thought this will help me but no... the only one thing is what has been change is: when I turn ignition on, I hear a very nice dinnnng sound, but that's all. My headlights alarm still a bullshit. What can I do with this? Where can I investigate?
You can probably code out the buzz with NCSexpert and an ADS interface then get a nice bing bong off another car that takes light live and earths how interior lights earth when door opened...………….

Hm. How can I do this with ncs? Can you point me? Can I find somewhere the instructions for these coding procedures?
Another... my headlights still on when I lock the car. Can I code this to shot down all the lights after lock via remote?
^ Erm turn the light switch off before you get out the car?

The sound-on is generated by a 'buzzer' inside the cluster and isn't the nicerst of sounds, which is the whole point.
The nicer sound of the gong can't be used.
The buzzer can't be coded off, but you can code the swith on delay (door open trigger) and switch off time.
By adding a parameter and set it to the highest allowable value (255) it should give you enough delay.
Or maybe set the switch off time to lowerst value so it stops before it turns on.
But it's a handy function. Saved me from a dead battery more than once. Just keep it.

I believe the buzzer is located in the kickboard under the dash on the driver side. You could always remove the whole unit, just don't forget to turn off the lights or you might have a dead battery.

Yes, but what about the cars those has a nice ding ding ding sound? Their sound come from cluster or obc? And, if their sound come from obc, how can I modify the wires? I already updated my simply clock to 18 buttons obc. Can anybody help about the wires?
There are no "the wires" for what you are asking. Answer still in post 2

And how about this? I mean, it's come from 95 to 99 for example, or this is only in us cars or what? So how can I search for this kind of cluster?
I like the claxon noise, I leave my headlights on every time I switch off the ignition so I can enjoy the calming sound of a battleship on high alert.
