Looks good! It's definitely a great deal for someone. Just fyi, the car should have a timing chain, not a belt. Neither here nor there, but just in case you get stuck with the wrong parts.

John, thanks a bunch and yes all the 323i M20 had a timing belt. Look at the part number 9

Are you saying that the car has an AC? Are those the AC knobs below the radio? I have never seen the knobs placed that low in any other BMW e21.

In the first picture in post #3, isn't that an AC line? i can't quite tell from the interior pictures... but that definitely looks like an AC line to me.
