e39 LS Swap Mounts/Kit Availability

Is anyone still making kits for the e39? Initially considered Sikky, but they discontinued theirs. Posted in Jesus Freak's conversion kit thread but haven't heard back. Looks like I came to the party a few years after everyone else left.

Not sure, only one i knew of was the guy on these forums. I was hoping to build an e39 swap after my e36 is done so I hope some new kits roll around :/

If I could get drawings somewhere I can have parts made - tried that route with Sikky, offered to purchase the drawings for their mounts, but no dice.

I'm trying to find the same thing. I can make them myself but it would be really nice to not have mess with figuring it out myself if someone has already done it. I sent Jesus Freak a message about a month ago and haven't received a response.

I assume you're talking about Bmwman528e? I hadn't tried contacting him yet, I'll give that a shot and report back if I get a response.

Well, I took a close look at the pictures of JFs engine mounts and figured out the general dimensions, so rather than searching around for someone else to make them I'm just going to buy some plate and make them myself. I still have to figure out the trans mount, but that should be pretty easy.

I got in touch with Madison (Bmwman528e), he's not making the kits anymore, but he has two sets available. They're for the 540, 740, or M5 only. I'm hoping to stick with a 525 or 528 (Mitch I'm assuming you're swapping the 528 in your profile), so if you have any luck with yours it would be helpful to have a template to work off of.

My son and I are making our own engine mounts for my LS3 into 2002 525i swap. I will post pics when they are done soon. If he does a nice job he might want to share files or sell parts.

Also, has anyone used a Holley 302-1 Oil Pan for an e39 i6 LS swap?

I've got a driveline shop just down the road from me, so I believe I'll be good there.
