Inpa old vs new: shows taskbar or doesn't

I have never noticed this, untill I had everything installed on a Win10 tablet.

In the end I ended up with a Win10 64-bit and 32-bit version as older versions call old 16-bit scripts and stuff.

But older vs new also gives FAB and ELDI errors on certain screens.

I thought I was finally OK when I got an older (3.01, loader 4.4.7) of INPA running just fine. Well it does, but there is on problem I never even realized on my Win7 netbook:

The newer version I use (5.00, loader 5.0.6) opens in full screen, but still shows the taskbar, the older version is completely full screen and the taskbar is gone.

Now on my tablet, I need the taskbar in view so I can call up the screen keyboard.

I looked in many .ini and even screen scriptfiles, but nothing I tried influenced the main screen position.

It must be in the INPA(load).exe files as when I copied these 2 files, along with some .dll files from the newer version and put them in the older version BIN folder, INPA would start up with taskbar in view.

But then after running certain scripts, I get that annoying ELDI no longer supported error, which was the whole reason I went to 32-bit and be able to run the older INPA version.

So that's not cool. Any programmer-level person's on here that have a clue if it's possible to run an older INPA version, but with the taskbar in view?

p.s. this has nothing to do with locked or not Taskbar or auto-hide taskbar settings.

It's independent from screen resolution. It just uses full screen regardless.

Since it's a tablet, there is no windows key to press on. That's the reason for this question. There is a workaround for it, but if it could be run the same as the later version, that would be preferable.

Somewhere the older INPA must have some piece of code that sets it to full screen and the later version doesn't.

Since INPA is so customizable, maybe this could be changed as well. If it's hard coded though...

Maybe I should contact member FAL, he seems to be the INPA guru with all his custom screens and scripts.
