Assistance Please

I bought a 330ci that the previous owner said needed a window regulator. What I did NOT know is that someone had been in there already and stripped one of the Inverted Torx bolts that hold the window in the bracket. Does anyone have an idea how to get that out? It's the only thing keeping me from finishing.

Apply a pulling pressure while attempting to remove,
