Hi there, so, we managed to increase our boost to 06bar. Boost become 06bar in about 3000rpm, then ECU starts play with wastegate and hold pressure to 0.5bar. So far is everything is ok. Fuel is shit, but no presence of knocking. Our protection is based on next:
1. Egt=900°C
2. Boost more than 0.8bar
3. Rpm 6800
4. Knocking
Additional, engine temperature is 80-90°C. Afr 12.
Also, i have to change my stock clutch. It does not hold after 3500rpm on 4rd & 5th gear.

Hi gents, several days ago reached limit of my clutch kit on 0.5 bar of boost. Now, looking for some mods with clutch. Thinking to modify my clutch by adding additional pressing plate. Or any other budget idea?

Installed new clutch and proceeded to tune. Reached limits of 330cc injectors on 5400rpm 0.64bar. Today installed 440cc injectors and now another problem. During test, 4th gear full load, car is starting slip even new tires. Now looking for some slick tires)))) Also, trying to set limits on each gear to avoid usage of unnecessary power.

Ok, now it is impossible drive 1st 2nd and 3rd gears due to high power and wheels cannot hold asphalt. Currently trying to reduce power for first 3 gears.

What would be guestimate torque for this setup@pressure?
I do not know whether i understood your question or not. You meant do we have drag race for 1/4 mile with numbers of passed time? If yes, then no. We have no that.

Have no idea about torque. Just estimated hp is 450. Mine car has 4.4l bottom and intake cams from 4l m60 in intake and exhaust. Also, a very good mishimoto intercooler and engine termostate for 80 C which helps very well.

Drag radials = dragrace radial tires, special, basically - slick, tires with high profile and soft sides

Now i faced with next. I have injectors 440cc 9psi boost 5600rpm injectors 95% duty. Is that possible? I thought i easily can handle 9psi.

Just to update. Everything going smooth, increased 5bar fuel pressure and again reached limits of 440cc injectors. 0.5bar of boost 450hp with superbad gas. Soon going to install additional #9 injector before throttle and let ECU control it after 5000rpm. IMG-20190202-WA0030.jpg

PS. Never ever use OEM ECU tuning pack. Use only stand alone. You will save money and time.

What MPH at 13.3? Also you are limited to around 12psi of boost mostly because the injectors, up top it could taper back to 9 near 6000RPM. If you can't spend money on draft radials just get very good street tires. Pirelli, Michelin, Toyo etc. There are some adequate tires around for a 400HP car
