Today quite busy. Just planned some manypulation for tomorrow. For now i have 2 options to go to identify whether it is injectors or any other things. So,
1. Will bolt on stock ECU and injectors and check afr.
2. Check wastgate valve. If it is opened position it also can affect on afr.

We found a problem with afr. It was due to gasket leak on headers. Now, we decided to change 2jz coils to Audi coils. Now we have a problem. Audi coils do not work at all. We manged to find only one type of audi coil working with F series.

Gents, could you please share wiring for 1st coil if you have.

The only pinout I have shows
Pin1- 12v power
Pin2- Ground
Pin3- Spark out from ECU
Pin4- Ground
There was a couple input impedance differences between the early and later coils. Depending on the controller you're using this can make a difference for current through the circuit and the ecu won't be able to trigger them.

Wiring is the same for all VW/Audi coils... so above is correct
Thaks bro. But, why f series of coil works but E & L series do not. May be due to we did not connect pin #4. E & L series coils do not work. F series works.

Thaks for clarification.

Also, look at video. Here 2 different sparks hot conventional bosch and cold ngk 7.
Hot bosch gives more ignition that ngk 7. Perhaps ngk starts work properly when it works in high tepmpereture.

For me looks like there will be different resistance. Is not it?

Well I'm assuming you've verified that you have a signal at all the coil connectors. Or at the very least you've plugged the working coil into all 8 and checked for spark.
So the coils have a different resistance value through the driver circuit and you may not have enough current capability in your ecu to close the gate. I would like you to check resistance between pins 2 and 3 on the working and non working coils.

5v
This very clearly states that some VAG COP's need strong signal to fire, including L&R versions. I dunno about the E and F thing but I can confirm that VAG part number revisions are not always as alphabetically sequential as you would expect on face value. i.e. Dont just assume that all letters A-F are high impedance then starting w/ "G" or "H" or "K" or whatever they were all low impedance. There are plenty of examples where a later rev letter of a part is more like an early part and not the ones right next to it in the alphabet. So maybe indeed E's could be low impedance.
Also - Kevin is trying to make this point I think already - but don't fall into the laymans "voltage is all that you measure electricity by" mistake. The CURRENT capability to drive the coil is as or more important than the voltage. That's something that is harder to measure.

Thanks gents for your support. Today we played a bit on program prior to check again coils. We made some correction on ignition data. We solved all our problems with shaking of engine and decided to stay with 2jz coils. Opened headers and played with cam shafts. Set them close to center. Today we dove the car about 30% throttle and had 0.33 bar. When wastgate opened i thought that my engine blew a piston. After i remembered that my wastegate connected to atmospher.
Tomorrow i plan to drive and tune my car on 100% throttle. Hope wastegate will not allow my turbo increase pressure more than 0.5 bar = 7psi and engine could hold it.
One more time, many thanks gents for your support.

Gents, today we started tests. Now i can say for 100%. I am in love with turbo engine. It is ammaizing and i cannot explain you all my fillings. Will keep you updated.

Of course. Totally understandable.
That joke was 1. Implying that I do things w someguys mom, and 2. Acting like I was a stand up comedian , and the real meaning of that 2nd joke is that they are BAD jokes, like a really bad comedian would tell, then get booed off atage.

So, car is ready to daily drive. We have about 0.2 bar of boost in 2nd gear full throttle. 0.4 bar maximum in 4th and 5th gear on 3000rpm. When car over 3500rpm boost is falling down up to 0.3 bar. We run it on weakest spring on wastgate. Also, we are planning to to instal solenoid to let ECU control the boost.
PS. All of us seen move FAST & FURIES, after running turbo engine you start understand all noises from engine on that move.... you know what i meant ;-)

Hi everyone, so far boost is maximum 0.4bar on 2500rpm. Then falling down to 0.2bar. So far no knocking. What do you think normal rpm? 7000?
Also, planning to go soon to 05bar on 7000rpm by using wastegate controller on Standalone.
