Is it possible to update LCM?

BMW e39 523i Manual 98-06.
I have LCM C16 and was trying to get the US side markers on my car using Ncs Expert n Dummy, but there is not not an option for that on this block. Is it possible to update it somehow or is there something I am missing? Thaanks

I think PAsoft is more user-friendly in enabling or disabling light features.

On my e39 i couldnt find it either under us markers. It was written as DRL... maybe it’ll help good luck anyways!

Yeah, but I can't use the inpa cable with pasoft i think :/

I thought so too but tried it anyway and it worked!
The translations in ncsdummy are not always that clear, i’ve found.

If you have your original file saved somewhere safe i’d recommend poking around with all the features, there are some cool ones in there!

Did you make the box check from eu to us in ncs dummy? I did try turning on the DRL and nothing happend, only thing that worked the double blinking hazard lights

Can you maybe post a screenshot of the ncs-dummy list? I can try to check if i can read into my LCM somewhere this weekend, but i’ve sold my headlights so i can’t confirm

These ofcourse are unactivatable because the computer is not connected to the car, but you can see the options the module has
