Hey there! Hopefully turboing my E36 M3 soon, have some questions before buying and what i should buy i guess forums helped out to a certain point but nobody can really answer my specific question, anyways my car has 220k miles on it, before any of this I'm doing a compression test to see if she is healthy then i will be getting a CX racing turbo kit, cutring HG, arp headstuds, stage 3 clutch, tial bov and either 38mm or 44mm wg (thoughts?) the turbo is where we run into problems no not cause it originated from ebay but for the reason that its rated for 500 but I'm not sure with ARP Head-studs and Cut-Ring Head-Gasket upgrade how much power and boost the engine can hold, and if 500 is enough for the engine on 10 psi lets just say what about the turbo its a GT35 that says "supports up to 500" will that hold or is it pushing it if i run 10-15 psi (not sure what to run, thoughts?) with a rk tunes tune. I know its a lot of "Depending on the tune" situation or that's atleast what i am reading but i just want to know restrictions to headgasket and headstud upgrade. this car will be daily driven with an occasional mountain pass run and/or auto x run and i have no problem with 500-600hp, i know with basically stock bottom end 600 is a long shot, hell even 500 might be pushing it but i just want to know information to help this be a safe 500 and what boost to expect or to run, thanks for any and all help.

Why would you spring for forged internals and Then get a cxracing kit?? Plenty of good diy info out there. Look at rajicase's original build thread
