Anybody run this size?
I have 15x8 Et0 Wheels with 195/45 now. They are too short (they weren't originally for this car), car pulls a lot of revs at highway speeds, but lucky enough they are about due for replacing. I've rolled the front fenders just enough the clear as they did kiss the sidewalls at first if you cannonballed it into a corner. This means the 205/50-15 I want to run is out.
I was debating going with 195/50-15 as it seems to be the standard go to tire size. But the 185/55 is also readily available, and even closer to the stock 185/70-13 diameter.
Actually, I just looked as I was typing this, and there is a few companies that offer the same tire in 205/50-15 and 185-55-15. So now I'm thinking of going staggered, with 205/50's on the back??
Hello - take a look at the link below to a really helpful guide on wheel fitment and offset/spacing.
