Slider fix for manual seat?

The bar that activates the seat slider keeps falling off. Anyone got a fix on this ? Nothing seems so not sure what’s going on here, perhaps the fitment got loose over 40 years of use?

I've got a pr of functional manual seat bases if your interested- early but form an 81- forward seat lever in front, not on the side.

I got it to stay situated with a combination of zip ties. Hopefully it'll stay put.

Ah yes, you're likely correct. I'll contact if needed, so far the way I have it ziptied seems "permanent"
