All interior and exterior cosmetic defects on noted via the pictures, Please Review!

Mechanically the car has a vacuum leak, (from the rare manifold cover) which is the reason why the CEL is on The Car was Scanned using INPA and BMW Scanner (I can post code for verification if you like) you can hear the leak in the video and both left and right rear springs are broken

The transmission was fully rebuilt under an aftermarket warranty which followed by fluid change six months after is was rebuilt (I have all paperwork to confirm), Timing chain work was done, Radiator and alternator also have been replaced.
