Hi all,
I replaced my brake pads and sensors about a year ago. Then last month, I drove on the gravel road for about 20 miles and the brake pads light came on.
So I replaced my front brake pads and sensors. I found that the ones I replaced had barely any sign of wear.
Then I reset the alarm on the panel. And I drove it for about a day (not on any gravel roads) and the light comes back again. Then I reset it, and it comes back on again... And the cycle continue.
Does anyone know what is wrong?? I'm one of those people that cannot drive peacefully if I see any sort of alarms on the panel.
What are you using to reset the code?

Had a problem with the brake lights on my X3. If you replace the brake light switch, make sure to use a BMW OEM switch. Once I replaced the non OEM switch, brake lights worked.
