I have not noticed a loss of performance in the car at all, but have had the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light on here and there. Got it read at AutoZone yesterday finding the below.
P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire Detected
P1250
P0300 Random Misfire Detected
P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P1250
P0300 Random Misfire Detected
I previously have changed the ignition coil on cylinder 4. I did save the old one in case it was still good.

Since misfires are basically across all cylinders,
dismiss the individual coils,
focus on proper fuel delivery.
Has fuel filter ever been replaced?
Is fuel pressure at 51psi?
I suspect fuel starvation causing your misfires.
A scan with a BMW specific diagnostic tool might be more helpful than a generic scantool from AutoZone,
and possibly shed some light on that mystery P1250 Code.
Recommendation of BMW scan tool? Checking on the MAF. May try cleaning first for budgetary reasons. The check engine light is extremely intermittent. No fuel filter change since I have had it. Occasionally, EML indicator is on at ignition. Not sure my fuel pressure.

If you're looking for an excellent, BMW specific scan too. Check our the Schwaben scan tool, link below.

Well then, here are some options,
concerning diagnostic tools,
For a good BMW scan tool, I feel you have 3 options:
- Foxwell nt520:http://www.foxwelltool.com/search/?q=NT520
- Carly for BMW:http://www.mycarly.com/product/bmw-app/
- INPA software for BMW: Do a search on bimmerforums
I recommended them in no specific order,
as selection is based more on preference.
INPA is an excellent diagnostic tool,
but is a proprietary BMW factory tool.
So all available copies are technically bootleg versions.
This requires a copy of the INPA software downloaded into a laptop computer,
along with the correct cables for your particular model of BMW.
I recommend this only for computer geeks, or the mostly computer savvy among us.
For an affordable standalone unit, Foxwell nt510(nt520 Updated version) is the preferred unit, along with required cables.
It can scan for BMW codes, among other things, as it can communicate with all BMW modules.
Carly for BMW is an APP,
and as such, requires a smartphone,
along with a connection to the OBD2 port in your vehicle,
supplied either by cable or wireless connection via Bluetooth dongle
Update: Now the full version is $74/year on a recurring subscription

Carly app is $59.90 per year? I guess that is for the lite version. Not sure the difference, but will have to look. Looks like the adaptor is about $60.

Same codes have returned. Getting my air conditioning serviced at a specialized shop near me on Thursday and will ask them to check the fuel pressure. I am sure changing the fuel filter is something I should do if possible to save money.

It shouldn't be too difficult, but some persons are more mechanically inclined than others.
The fuel pressure test may reveal the filter doesn't need replacement.
Cleaning a self cleaning MAF never fixes anything.
Vacuum leak, dead or dying maf, or fuel issues.
I'd like to say vacuum leak because it's so common, but you'd normally get mixture deviation codes. Lack of mixture deviation codes right now doesn't exclude a vacuum leak.
Any tears in the intake tract boots?

Actually the P1250 code points way more to a fuel problem.
Not used to P codes. They're very poor.

I am not aware of any leaky boots. The shop I use locally did mention could be vacuum leaks. They have a diag they can do that I may have them do to at least better pinpoint the problem before too much more time passes. Do not want a clogged cat.

Intake leaks are the most common, due to deterioration of rubber intake boots, hoses, leading to cracks.
Easy way to check for cracked boots:Remove airbox to access and remove rubber intake boots,
squeeze boots to reveal cracks(#3+#5)here:https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/sho...diagId=13_0643
Btw, if you don't care for DIY,
have your shop perform an intake smoke test,
with a professional smoke machine,
only way to locate and verify all intake leaks.

Quit changing parts blindly,
perform a diagnostic scan,
the clues provided by the error codes displayed,
will help to lead you in the direction of the correct diagnosis.
READ,READ,READ!!!
You don't seem to be performing ANY tests,
just guessing and changing parts!
I took it to put the computor and they reset everything and no code came for the ignition no more. But now if it cold it run perfect and out of no where something came on to the check engine light and the car start acting up again. This time i really dont know what going on. If is a sensor for air or what.
