So, ive been driving around, with a dead compressor and air springs. I finally have a new compressor (installed but not plughed in), shocks and air springs to install. I'm curious if there is some sort of a check i can do with the level sensors before I install everything? In the back of my mind, I have a gut feeling that either my control module or level sensors wont be any good (that's the kind of luck i usually have).
Well, I guess it works now. Plugged the compressor in to the control module, disconnected the battery for 30 minutes and turned on everything that i could. Came back and hooked up the battery and the pump started running. A few minutes later her butt was way up in the air. We'll see how it holds. Still have my new air springs and shocks to install. Man, it drives funny all the way in the air.
Woke up to the right rear dropped. But a quick turn of the key and it went back up. I'm sure it will lose air again.
Leaky air spring, time to put the new ones on. Pretty easy job.
Yeah. Just waiting for the time to do it. Figured id do the shocks too, while im in there. The rough ride is no longer there, but man, does it drive like a boat. Lol. I'll have to tackle the front next.
Lower rider. You're complaining? Some of the posters pay to have that look!

Now we have to get matching wheels and headlamps that don't look like 150K ones!

Some day... Finding these style 65s is next to impossible. Just brought home another pair of headlights, today, actually.
Sol, got you beat! I have a staggered set on my 540, a staggered set for my wagon, and just for kicks, I got a really decent aftermarket square set of 8.5’s from Italy.
727, they are out there, all you have to do is look, they’re everywhere, but everyone wants some money for them, if you’re looking for cheap, or free 65’s, than you will never find them.
Set the controls for the heart of the sun
While i know these are reps, I pulled them from a junkyard, for next to nothing, with good tires. Im sure another pair will pop up. Hell, I'll run a pair of m-pars in the front, if I have to. Haha.

I have definitely been on the hunt. Trying to find a pair of 19s has been next to impossible. But 18s are easy to find.
I did the springs and shocks. Compressor stopped working. Any quick rouble shooting punch list anyone can help with to get me on a path before I put a shraeder valve in this bitch. Also crazy muffler leak after doing wTer pump. Must be the crossover pipe improperly seated?? H E L P .
Nooooooooooooooo...!!!!!!!
It's an easy system really. I'm sorry I can't offer a detailed play-by-play like some of these guys can, but just start at the basics...fuse...power....grounds.... I have some pictures on my old "noob..." thread that shows cracked wiring and other misc items if that helps...

So far, my compressor has stopped twice. A simple "car reboot" brought it back to life. Did one ted the battery, and turned on as much stuff in the car as I could, to drain the system. When I reconnected the battery, the pump kicked on.
