Anyway, is there any schematic for an rs232 to usb adapter? On my laptop I only have usb 2.0 and usb 3.0 so I wondering, can I build another interface to transfer data from rs232 to usb... is it possible?

You'll have to read the whole ADS thread
Normally no, ADS does not work with USB. There were some posts on there about getting it to work with PCMCIA and funny drivers.

Try and find a docking station for your laptop that has a rs232 port. My laptop is USB only but the docking station has serial (rs232) and works fine with ADS (INPA/DIS/NCS).Originally Posted by Fireball1991
