Radio volume, turn signals, reverse lights, cruise control not working

Hello. I am new on this forum. I have a BMW x5 2000 model. The radio lights went off all of a sudden. It never came back but lately I started hearing a very low oscillation coming from the speakers. The turn signals works outside but not on dash, cruise control, reverse lights disappeared. I have checked all fuses in the glove box and all bulbs but they seem ok. I also did the instrument cluster test and all lights associated with these failed areas flashed brightly on dash. Please could someone help me fix this..
