I got a drop of contact cement on the plastic window. I tried to clean it up but now have a small spot the size of a quarter. Anyone know of something that would take it off without damaging the clear plastic?

I wouldn't mess with it. Likely any solvent that might attack the glue would undoubtedly mess up or dissolve the window. Maybe you could gently scrape it off then use plastic polish and buff it out, but I would consider that very iffy.

You might try the solvent and thinner "Bestine." First, try it on a separate test patch of the contact cement you used to see if it removes it. If yes, then test it along your window's edge to see if it damages the plastic, before attacking the quarter-size spot. You could also try acetone, found in most nail polish removers. Good luck!
Pretty sure acetone will dissolve your pvc window.
