Hi i've got this bmw 2.0 diesel recently on an agresive run start losing power and eml showed up with the code cc id 29 ...after being off for a while dissapeared just to show up again after another run . It's not permanent because shows up after driving for a while ...127k on the clock and service is due for a while now . Any advice ?
Welcome to the forum.
No technician memorizes the hundreds, even thousands, of possible BMW codes by their numbers. All good BMW diagnostic tools provide very specific words. What does your diagnostic computer say is the problem? What tool are you using? Really, you need the very best: I'd suggest you scan the car using ISTA-D, and follow through with the diagnostic test plan for the codes you have. Any other course of action will result in false diagnoses and wasted money.

I think the words up there are the code words..
closest I can find is: Code 3E86 "CC-message (ID 229)"
No idea what that is. ISTA test plan needed definitely.
